服务满意度及社区卫生服务机构的基层定位 ——基于青岛市社区卫生服务满意度的调查与分析

  • 摘要: 社区卫生服务得不到充分的发展及较高的居民满意度评价,根本原因在于其建设定位存在偏差,没有充分重视提供公共服务等方面的义务。通过对青岛社区卫生服务满意度的调查分析,发现当下居民对社区卫生服务的评价水平相对较低。要提高社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度,最根本的是要转变当下参与主体对社区卫生服务机构的基层定位。在准确定位的基础上,政府以及社区卫生服务机构才能形成比较先进的社区卫生服务建设理念,采取相对恰当的方式开展社区卫生服务工作。

     

    Abstract: Because of a biased direction, and negligence of obligations such as providing the sorts of public services, the community health services has been developing at a slow race, and getting lower satisfaction rating of the residents who deserve to be offered better health services. Through investigating the community health service satisfaction rating of the residents living in Qingdao city, we find the evaluation of the community health services is relatively low. To improve the residents' evaluation of the community health services, the positioning of the community health service agency should be transformed completely. On the basis of the accurate positioning of community health services, the government and community health services agency can develop a reasonable principle, and then take effective measures to develop the community health services.
