Abstract: While the Anti-Japanese War achieved the first great victory of fighting against foreign aggression in the modern history of the Chinese nation, it also created brilliant spiritual wealth and composed the new canto of localization of Marxism in China. During this period, its scientific proposition was put forward, its first important theory maturated, and its historical experiences were formed. The review and sum-up of its historical courses and its basic experiences will offer a theoretical guidance and historical references for the construction of Marxist theoretical innovation in the new era.
