Abstract:
Now young university teachers have some problems in their careers, such as high working pressure and low job satisfaction, dislocation of professional consciousness and concept and career management omission. Learning organization theory provides a new visual angle and train of thought for young university teachers to solve their problems in career development. To structure learning young university teachers' career planning models, it is necessary to help young teachers build positive career values, perfect the opening management mode which welcomes democratic participation, helps them draw up career targets and routes, constructs a team leaning platform and systematically builds young teachers' cultivation mechanism.
