核心竞争力视角下企业文化构建研究

Study of Construction of Corporate Culture in the Perspective of Core Competence of Corporation

  • 摘要: 以2010年广东省215家不同规模不同行业的企业数据为例,采用结构模型分析方法,对企业文化与企业核心竞争力之间的关系进行研究。结果表明,企业文化作为一种培育先进管理理念的手段,在企业发展过程中的作用越来越大,它能给企业带来经济效益和社会效益,对企业的核心竞争力产生积极深远的影响。

     

    Abstract: Through literature review and on the basis of investigation of 215 companies of Guangdong, 2010, the relation of the corporate culture and core competence of corporation was analyzed in detail by using the structural equation modeling, from proposal of a priori model to correction to specification, revealing how the corporate culture affects the core competence of corporation in a corporation. As the results showed, corporate culture as an approach of cultivating up-to-date management thought enforces an increasingly far-reaching effect on the business management, and brings not only economic but also social efficiency.
