Abstract:
Through literature review and on the basis of investigation of 215 companies of Guangdong, 2010, the relation of the corporate culture and core competence of corporation was analyzed in detail by using the structural equation modeling, from proposal of a priori model to correction to specification, revealing how the corporate culture affects the core competence of corporation in a corporation. As the results showed, corporate culture as an approach of cultivating up-to-date management thought enforces an increasingly far-reaching effect on the business management, and brings not only economic but also social efficiency.
