Abstract:
High-level experimental team is the key to improving the quality of experimental teaching, and also the core of the laboratory construction. It is of great importance to build a high-level experimental team for improving the quality of teaching and make full use of the laboratory resources. A high-level experimental team should have good ideological quality, superior professional skills, reasonable personnel structure, enthusiasm on scientific work, and the ability of scientific management to the laboratory. From some aspects such as job title structure, assessment system and emphasis extend on the experimental teaching, the current status on the construction of experimental team in research universities was analyzed. Then, with respect to how to strengthen the construction of experimental team, some solutions such as scientific personal allocation, reasonable post setup, perfecting assessment system, enhancing research capability and increasing fund investment were proposed.
