The Formation and Prevention to the Social Risk of NIMBY Project from Anxiety Psychological Perspective

摘要: 社会发展过程中因邻避项目而引起的群体性事件越来越多,这些事件对项目建设、经济发展和社会运行造成了极为不利的影响。已有研究表明,民众对于邻避项目所呈现的心理状态与其行为选择密切相关,基于此,聚焦个体与群体两个层次,以焦虑心理为核心,分析了邻避项目的社会稳定风险从滋生、蔓延到扩散的生成机理,并以"事件链"理论为支撑,提出着手风险源头,纾解民众焦虑,辨别风险行为、趋利避害,正视社会稳定风险,防止产生次级效应等有针对性的防范措施。

Abstract: The social stability risk by the NIMBY facilities is escalating, which has caused lots of adverse effects to project construction, economic development and social operation. Based on studies which show that people's risk behavior is closely related to the psychology, this paper focuses on both individual and group level and takes anxiety as the core to analyse the mechanism of the Social Risk of NIMBY Project, and propose targeted preventive measures on the "chain of events" theory,such as relieve public anxiety from sources of risk, identify risk behaviors and prevent the secondary effect of social stability risk.
