体育院校学生事务管理队伍评价模型构建研究——基于模糊综合评价方法原理

  • 摘要: 采用模糊综合评价方法原理,结合体育院校学生事务管理队伍的评价现状,以评价对象的确定、评价指标的确立、评价标准的划分三个方面为切入点,构建了体育院校学生事务管理队伍的评价模型。该模型能有效地弥补单一的定性考核所引发的弊端和不足,建议高等体育院校应根据评价客体的实际情况,采取定性和定量相结合的方法,有针对性地使用模糊综合评价模型,力求使评价结果客观、公正和科学,从而更好地促进体育院校学生事务管理队伍的建设和发展,为培养高素质的体育人才夯实基础。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of the comprehensive evaluation and by combining the current evaluating situations of the students-affairs administration teams in schools and institutes of physical education, the paper has constructed an evaluating model deriving from three aspects: the decision of the evaluating objects; the establishment of the evaluating parameters and standards of the evaluating standards. The model can effectively compensate for the defects and deficiencies caused by the single qualitative assessment. It suggested the higher sports colleges and universities should take a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to strive to make evaluation results objective, just and scientific, based on the evaluation of the object's actual situation, in order to promote the development of the students affairs administration teams and strengthen the foundation for cultivating sports talents.
