Abstract:
The ability and the level of knowledge sharing determine the ability of knowledge management of a team. With social network method, knowledge sharing network of a scientific research team in a university is constructed in this paper. The network is analyzed and measured from the angles of network-center, core-edge and structural holes. Studies show that the team is with great network density, short average distance of the members, strong cohesion and strong network viscosity. And then methods of promoting knowledge sharing are analyzed, providing reference strategies for other teams of the same type such as academic program system、process management system and discussion and communication system,ect.
