Study of Knowledge Sharing Network of a Typical Case Based on a Scientific Research Team in Universities

摘要: 知识共享能力和水平决定着团队知识管理的能力。运用社会网络方法构建了高校科研团队的知识共享网络,并从网络中心性、核心-边缘性、结构洞等角度对网络进行分析测量。研究表明,该典型团队网络密度较大、各成员的平均距离小、凝聚力好、网络黏性较强。该团队促进知识共享能力的方法如学术计划制度、流程管理制度和讨论交流制度等,可为其他同类型团队提供参考。Abstract: The ability and the level of knowledge sharing determine the ability of knowledge management of a team. With social network method, knowledge sharing network of a scientific research team in a university is constructed in this paper. The network is analyzed and measured from the angles of network-center, core-edge and structural holes. Studies show that the team is with great network density, short average distance of the members, strong cohesion and strong network viscosity. And then methods of promoting knowledge sharing are analyzed, providing reference strategies for other teams of the same type such as academic program system、process management system and discussion and communication system,ect.
