摘要: 把研究生培养成为创新型人才，是建设创新型国家的客观需要，更是当前研究生教育的重要使命。思想政治教育为研究生创新能力的培养创造了条件、指明了方向、营造了氛围，对研究生创新能力的培养发挥着积极的正向功能。

Abstract: To nurture graduate students to become innovative talents is the objective need of constructing an innovative country, and is the important mission of graduate education. The ideological and political education for graduate students have created the condition for the cultivation of innovation ability, pointed out the direction, built the atmosphere, and are playing a positive role in the process of graduate student innovation ability training.
