Abstract: The practice of culture in modern China is changing from culture industry to the culture of common people. How to coordinate different developing mechanisms to promote the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics becomes an important subject in the current culture study. The interaction of daily-life style, cultural subject, modern education all contribute to the internal developing mechanism while the component parts of the external developing mechanism are the interaction of production-life style, science and technology, social organization structure. They form a whole, dynamic and opening system, promoting the healthy development of contemporary Chinese culture, people and society.
