In the new period, China faces severe challenges: social ideology trend in network threatens the main ideology; western culture hegemony threatens the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics; uncivilized phenomena in network threatens socialist core values;Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen network ideology safety, secure the Marxist ideology to guide the network culture, foster the socialist core values, strengthen the network ideological and political education and establish the concept to safeguard the network ideology and country security.
