专业社会工作者职业认同的结构与分析——以北京市为例
Structure and Analysis of Professional Social Workers'Vocational Identity:a Case Study of Beijing

摘要: 立足于国家中长期人才发展规划中对专业社会工作人才的需求,从职业认同的角度出发,运用量化分析方法,构建了专业社会工作者职业认同的四维结构,即职业价值观、职业情感、职业技能和职业期望.并在此基础上,通过深度访谈,探讨了职业认同4个维度的具体表征,提出社工群体职业发展应加大宣传,提升价值;定期交流,增进情感;加强训练,积累技能;明晰愿景,满足期望.Abstract: Based on the national long-term talent development plan in demand for professional social workers, the paper uses quantitative analysis method from the perspective of vocational identity and puts forward a four-dimension structure of professional social workers'vocational identity: vocational values, vocational emotions, vocational skills and vocational expectations. The paper also discusses symbols and opportunities of the vocational identity through in-depth interviews, with some proposals for the long-term career development of this group: increasing publicity to enhance value, regularly communicating to enhance emotion, strengthening training to improve skills and clearing vision to meet expectations.
