比较视野下中国高等教育评估制度的实践演进

On Practice Evolution of Chinese Higher Education Evaluation System:Based on Perspective of Comparative Analysis

  • 摘要: 中国高等教育评估制度的实践发展历经了不同的阶段,虽起步较晚,但在探索过程中逐步朝着规范化、科学化及专业化的方向迈进。通过对中国高等教育评估制度30年的演进过程"横向"和"纵向"两个角度进行比较研究,选取评估主体、评估方法、评估指标和评估结论四个维度,以纵向对比,发现自身发展的不足以获得未来的长足进步;以横向对比,汲取国外高等教育评估的先进经验,取长补短,从而对中国高等教育评估制度进行全面深层次的探索分析。

     

    Abstract: The practice development of higher education evaluation system in China has experienced different stages. Although started late, the system strives to achieve standardization, scientification and specification.The paper reviews the evolution process of the system in the past 30 years and compares its four aspects including evaluation subjects, evaluation methods, evaluation indexes and evaluation conclusions through longitudinal and horizontal contrasts, aiming to find out China's disadvantages to achieve progress with advanced experience of foreign countries.
