Survey and Reflection on Satisfaction of Full-time Professional Master's Degree Graduates

  • 摘要: 为了解全日制专业学位教育服务质量的认可度,基于毕业生满意度的视角,从学习过程满意度和学习结果满意度两个方面对全国2011—2015年毕业的全日制专业硕士开展调研,回收有效样本988份。研究发现,超过八成的专业硕士认可当前的教育质量;全日制专业硕士对学习过程和学习结果的满意度显著正向影响总体满意度,学习过程各维度与学习结果各维度满意度均与总体满意度较强相关。基于此,对提升专业硕士教育质量提出相关建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to learn the quality evaluation of full-time professional degree education, a satisfaction survey has been carried out, aiming at the full-time professional degree graduates from the year 2011 to the year 2015. The investigation includes two aspects:learning process satisfaction and learning outcome satisfaction. Totally 988 effective samples were collected. According to the survey, more than eighty percent of full-time professional degree graduates are satisfied with the quality of current professional degree education. The student satisfaction with the learning process and outcome influences the overall quality evaluation significantly and positively. There is a strong correlation between the student satisfaction with the learning process and outcome and the overall education satisfaction. Relevant advice is given on how to promote the quality of professional degree education in the end.
