Abstract: The Counterterrorism Law has had a great influence on the legislation of Chinese civil aviation security since it took effect in the beginning of 2016. This law establishes the framework of counter-terrorism work of civil aviation, and provides a powerful legislative support to some civil aviation measures. At present, several laws, regulations and rules about civil aviation security in our country are being revised, which should be adjusted, improved and coherent according to the influence of counter-terrorism on civil aviation and the requirement of the new law. Based on the enforcement situation of the Counterterrorism Law in civil aviation, this article puts forward several solving ideas and recommendations as below:specifying and clarifying division of responsibilities and implementation; and effectively combining anti-terrorism measures with current security measures.
