Abstract: This article aims at amendment suggestions on the Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Articles), and also discusses the provisions of unlawful interference. On the basis of thorough analysis of the list of unlawful interference and jurisdiction clauses in International Civil Aviation Security Conventions, this article puts forward three suggestions on the new Civil Aviation Law of our country as below:international crimes, ordinary criminal offenses and illegal acts against administration which endanger the safety of civil aviation should be stipulated in different articles; jurisdiction over foreign unlawful interference should be drafted in a specific article; and special articles on administrative penalty of unlawful interference in aircraft or airports should also be included in this Draft Articles out of the special needs of civil aviation safety.
