Abstract:
Comprehensively strengthening party self-discipline has become and will be a normal requirement of work within our party in the present and future for a long time. For state-owned enterprises, this requirement confronts them with new changes of the overall disciplinary inspection and supervision task, disciplinary inspection and supervision workload, and the objects of disciplinary inspection and supervision. Based on the analysis, this paper finds out that, to a certain extent, the existing number, structure and selection process of disciplinary inspection personnel have restricted the level of the construction of state-owned enterprises disciplinary inspection teams as well as their ability to adapt to those new changes. Only by adjusting the number, selection method, ability type, work coordination, training mode and career development channel of disciplinary inspection personnel, will the construction of state-owned enterprises disciplinary inspection teams meet the new requirements of disciplinary inspection and supervision work under the strategy of comprehensively strengthening party self-discipline.
