教育共同体构建: 大学治理能力现代化的提升逻辑与路径

Construction of Education Community: Logic and Path of Advancing the Modernization of Governance Capacity of the Universities

  • 摘要: 集价值共同体、命运共同体和行动共同体于一身的教育共同体构建是大学治理能力现代化提升的重要路径,是大学治理能力现代化的目标指向、主体共在和实践逻辑。但当前中国大学治理能力现代化进程中,教育共同体面临如价值理念偏差、治理结构不完善和多元协作机制欠缺等问题,致使教育共同体难以充分发挥其应有的治理价值和作用。为此,在教育共同体构建过程中,应明确以立德树人为核心的大学治理价值,重塑以共同体为纽带的大学内部治理结构,建立以多元协作和共治共享为核心的实践机制,以推进大学治理能力现代化。

     

    Abstract: The construction of education community with shared values, shared future, and collective actions is an important path to advance the modernization of governance capacity of the universities, and is also the direction of development, collaboration of subjects, and logic of practice in the modernization of university governance. However, in the process of the modernization of governance capacity of Chinese universities, the education community is faced with such problems as differentiated values, incomplete governance structure, and the lack of mechanism of multi-party collaboration, which makes it difficult for the education community to give full play to its due value and role in governance. Hence, in the construction of education community, it is essential to take strengthening moral education and cultivating people as the core values of university governance, reshape the internal governance structure with the community as the bond and to establish a practical mechanism characteristic of multi-party collaboration and co-governance and sharing to advance the modernization of governance capacity of the universities.
