Abstract:
Equal access to education-related public services is the logical premise and key link for realizing common prosperity, and is highly compatible with common prosperity in value. They both take the free and well-rounded development of people as their ultimate goal, fairness and justice as their core value, and shared development as their value principle, and they both adhere to the value position of “people-centeredness”. Equal access to education-related public services can improve the “capability” of low-income people, solve the problems that are concerned with people’s realistic interests, and raise the human capital level of the whole society, thus promoting the process of common prosperity. Establishing a sound system for the education-related public services, comprehensively improving the quality of education, attaching importance to the allocation of educational resources in relatively poor areas, and building an all-round education development system are the feasible paths for the equal access to education-related public services to promote the realization of common prosperity.
