教育公共服务均等化推动共同富裕研究

Research on Equalization of Education and Public Services to Promote Shared Prosperity

  • 摘要: 实现共同富裕自古以来就是人类的梦想和追求,教育公共服务均等化是实现共同富裕的逻辑前提和关键环节。教育公共服务均等化与共同富裕在价值上高度契合,他们都以人的自由全面发展为价值旨归、以公平正义为价值内核、以共享发展为价值原则,都坚持“以人民为中心”的价值立场。教育公共服务均等化可以提高低收入者的“可行能力”、解决群众现实利益问题、提升全社会的人力资本水平,从而推动共同富裕进程。建立健全教育公共服务制度体系、全面提升教育质量、重视对相对贫困地区的教育资源配置、构建全方位教育发展体系是教育公共服务均等化推动共同富裕实现的可行路径。

     

    Abstract: Achieving common prosperity has been the dream and pursuit of mankind since ancient times. Equalization of education and public services is the logical premise and key link for realizing common prosperity. Equalization of education and public services is highly compatible with common prosperity in value. They both take the freedom and comprehensive development of people as their value goal, take fairness and justice as their value core, take shared development as their value principle, and both adhere to the value position of “people-centered”. The equalization of education and public services can improve the “feasible ability” of low-income people, solve the real interests of the masses, improve the human capital level of the whole society, and promote the process of common prosperity. Establishing and improving the educational public service system, comprehensively improving the quality of education, attaching importance to the allocation of educational resources in relatively poor areas, and building an all-round educational development system are the feasible paths for the equalization of educational public services to promote the realization of common prosperity.
