Abstract: The Creativity Cultivation of Liberal Arts Scientific Research Personnel at Science and Engineering Universities is vital in building the world-class, Chinese characteristic cultivation system of liberal arts talents. Based on creativity of liberal arts in science and engineering colleges, and innovation ability of researchers, we have deconstructed the creativity of liberal arts scientific research personnel at universities of science and engineering and factors. It could be found that the creativity of liberal arts scientific research personnel at universities of science and engineering contains knowledge gain, new research methods gain, new views, creative research results, the factors contain ego-involvement, research environment, platform environment and organizational structure. In the end, the creativity cultivation of liberal arts scientific research personnel at science and engineering universities needs to rationally adjust the incentive factors and regulation factors in the management system; Build a scientific research platform with rich resources; Provide rich data resources, international communication and interdisciplinary training; Expand the base of liberal arts practice and deepen the mechanism of integrating theory with practice; Improve the organizational environment and the promotion mechanism.
