Abstract: Since the eighteen National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping attaches great importance to cultural construction, and put forward a series of original new ideas, viewpoints, and judgments for cultural construction in the new era. There are both innovations and breakthroughs in cultural theoretical perspectives, as well as deployment requirements in cultural work layout. Xi Jinping Thought on Culture revolves around contemporary issues such as what is socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era, what kind of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics should be built in the new era, and how to build socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, continuously responds to major issues of cultural construction in the new era from both theoretical and practical perspectives, so, Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a new chapter in the sinicization of Marxist Cultural Theory, and a era blueprint for the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and an action guide for building modern Chinese civilization, and a Chinese plan to promote the progress of human civilization.
