Abstract: The modernization of ideological and political education governance is an organic part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities. In the context of the digital China construction strategy, a basic dimension of the modernization of ideological and political education governance is the development of media. At the academic level, the modernization of ideological and political education governance is a necessary link to promote the realization of human modernization, maintain ideological security and improve governance. It is necessary to grasp the relationship between digital intelligent technology and modernization of ideological and political education governance, and explain the validity and limits of technology empowering ideological and political education governance modernization clearly.
