基于利益相关者理论的经理激励机制设计

A Design of Managers' Incentive Mechanism Based on the Theory of Stakeholders

  • 摘要: 以委托代理理论为基础的经理激励机制设计方法容易使经理为了保护股东利益而损害其他利 益相关者的利益,不利于公司长期健康的发展。文章首先从理论上总结了按照利益相关者理 论设计经理激励机制的重要性和必要性,进而建立了以利益相关者利益为基础的公司绩效考 核指标,并据此设计了经理激励机制模型,以期为企业提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The design of managers' incentive mechanism based on the theory of principle-ag ent is liable to make managers protect shareholders' interests at the cost of ot her stakeholders' interests. The article illustrates the importance and essence of stakeholder-based incentive mechanism of managers theoretically. Furthermore , the article establishes a stakeholder-based evaluation index of company perfo rmance, and then designs a managers' incentive mechanism model to benefit Chines e companies.
