Analysis about the Absence of Main Bodies of MPA Education and the Corresponding Countermeasures

  • 摘要: MPA教育主体缺失是影响MPA教育实效性的主要原因。文章探讨了中国MPA教育主体及其特征 、MPA教育主体缺失的原因及表现,进而提出只有发挥教师价值引导的主体性、尊重MPA学员自主建构的主体性、强化学校环境塑造的主体性和加强政府政策激励的主体性,并使各主体 达到协调统一,才能从根本上解决教师、MPA学员、学校和政府四主体缺失问题。

     

    Abstract: The absence of main bodies of MPA education is the key reason that affects the e ffectiveness of MPA education. This paper discusses four main bodies of China's MPA education and its features as well as the causes and manifestations of the m ain bodies' absence , then brings forward such a point of view that only by play ing the subjectivity of the teachers' value guidance, respecting the subjectivit y of MPA students' independent building, strengthening the subjectivity of the s chool environmental construction, reinforcing the subjectivity of the government 's incentive policy and making the four bodies into harmonization, can the missi ng issues of teachers, MPA students, schools and the government be fundamentally solved.
