Reflections on Improving Our Overall Quality of Doctoral Programs ——Inspirations from the Ten Doctorial Dissertations that Won National Prize

  • 摘要: 以北航获得的10篇全国优秀博士论文为研究背景,从学科建设、指导教师、论文选题、博士研究生素质、学术氛围等诸多方面较为深入地剖析博士成才的条件,对提高博士学位论文水平和博士生整体培养质量提出了若干建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the survey of 10 sheets of national excellent doctorial dissertations o f Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, this paper analyzes the fa ctors of their success from the aspect of discipline construction, supervisors, research projects, quality of postgraduates, and academic atmosphere. Some sugge stions are made in order to improve the level of doctoral dissertations and the overall quality of doctoral programs.
