摘要: 为促进通用航空事业的发展,中国的通用航空法律制度亟待完善。中国须按照国际法规定重新界定通用航空的法律定义,完善通用航空法律法规体系,修改有关规定,规范对社会生活有重大影响的通用航空活动,为通用航空的发展创造良好的法律保障环境。

Abstract: The legal system of general aviation should be improved in order to promote the development of general aviation. The concept of general aviation should be redef ined in accordance with the international laws to perfect the legal system. In a ddition, we should modify relevant provisions and regulate general aviation acti vities significantly concerned with the social life so as to provide a fine lega l environment for the development of general aviation.
