参与式教学法在本科教学中的实践创新

Participation-Model Didactics for Undergraduates in China

  • 摘要: 参与式教学法是缘于国际NGO组织的一种强调听课者高度参与的教学法。西方高校20世纪 90年代引入该教学法,以培养学生的创新能力。近年来中国高校也有一些教师在各类教学中尝试应用。笔者6年来一直致力于参与式教学法在本科教学中的实践创新,在很大程度上发挥了学生学习的主动性和参与度,提高了学生的专业素质和创新能力,使课程教学效果得到明显提高。文章通过理论分析和创新实践总结,设计出在目前中国高校教学条件下,针对不同专业、年级及课堂规模的学生,在传统本科教学过程中融入参与式教学法的普适性实施方案 。

     

    Abstract: Participation-Model (PM) Didactics emphasizes on trainees' participati on, initiating from NGO training programs in UK. It has been utilized by higher education to enhance students' creativity in western countries since 1990s. It w as introduced into some universities in China in late 1990s. This paper introduc es the practice and pilot research on the author's applying PM Didactics in unde rgraduate education since February 2002. The positive results verify the effecti veness of the didactics on developing undergraduates' creativity and improving t heir professional abilities as well as transferable skills. According to theoret ical analysis and innovative practices summary, we design a unniversal plan for students in different professions, grades and classroom sizes in the current con ditions of China's university teaching, which apply PM Didactics in traditional undergraduate education.
