Highlighting features, Encouraging innovation,Reinforcing the Cultivation of Elites and meeting the Needs of Social Development------The exploration and implementation of the training modes for top-notch innovative graduates in science and engineering

  • 摘要: 从拔尖创新人才成长的规律出发,提出了“拓宽基础、瞄准前沿、构建团队、自主创新”的研究生教育方针,凝炼了3类研究生拔尖创新人才培养模式,深入阐述了针对不同类型和特点,加强研究生拔尖创新人才培养的重要意义、具体措施和工作成效。

     

    Abstract: Based on a comprehensive summary of practical experience, this thesis puts forward a guideline for graduates’ education, which is “Broaden research base, focus on the latest developments, form a team of research faculty and initiate self-renovation,” and concludes three training modes for top-notch innovative graduates. This thesis also expatiates the significance, specific measures and working effectiveness of strengthening the cultivation of top-notch innovative graduates, according to their types and characteristics.
