加强学位审核管理、提高学位授予质量的思考与实践

Reflection and Practice on the Strengthening of Degree Examination Management and the Improvement of Degree Conferral Quality

  • 摘要: 结合北京航空航天大学的实践与探索,提出提高研究生学位授予质量的若干措施:重新定位学位审核目标,从国家建设对人才培养的需要出发,培养知识、能力和素质与之相适应的高层次人才;完善学位标准,引领研究生培养质量;坚持研究生参与科技研发,提高科研能力;鼓励研究生参与科技成果整理,提高科研素质;健全校院两级学位审核机制,充分调动分委员会的主动性。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the practice and exploration of BUAA, this paper proposes several measures on the improvement of the degree conferral quality of graduate students: re-orientating the goal of degree examination, which is from the needs of personnel training for national construction, i.e. training corresponding high-level personnel with knowledge, ability and quality; improving the degree standards, leading the training quality of graduate students; upholding graduate students’ participation in scientific and technological research and development, enhancing their ability of scientific and technological research and development; encouraging graduate students’ participation in the organization of scientific and technological achievements, improving their quality of scientific and technological research and development; and improving the school-faculty mechanism of degree examination, fully mobilizing the initiative of the Sub-Commission.
