Abstract: A new cultivation mode of the postgraduates as an innovative team was promoted and put into practice. In the whole cultivating process, open running and engineering practice as well as cultivation and innovation within a team have persisted. Emphasis was placed especially on the advanced engineering educational concept, which pays attention to the cultivation of the ability of innovation, integration and team cooperation. The aim of this cultivation mode is to satisfy the need of talents on research, design, manufacture and management for China’s large aircraft project.
