Abstract: The article first analyses the characteristics of Responsive Supply Ch ain and then sets up an index system for evaluation. Moreover, the Electre Algor ithm is applied to the process of supplier selection and evaluation. Finally, th e article illustratesthe rationality of the index system and the efficiency of t he algorithm by way of calculation.
