Analyses of the Complexity and Self-organizing Evolution in Co-petition

  • 摘要: 从企业间合作竞争关系的复杂性出发,讨论了市场系统自组织演化的基本条件。在复杂的合作竞争关系作用下,市场系统也具有一般复杂系统自组织的基本条件:系统开放、远离平衡、非线性的相互作用、涨落现象。在此基础上,论文认为技术、知识、文化、法律法规等是支配合作竞争关系自组织演化的序参量,并引用自适应模型说明了市场系统的演化过程。最后给出了在超竞争环境下企业应对复杂性的战略选择。

     

    Abstract: Viewing the complexity of co-petition relationship between enterprises, this paper discusses the basic conditions of self-organizing evolution of market system. In the effect of complex co-petition, market self-organizing as an ordinary complexity system also requires some basic conditions, namely, system opening, far from equilibrium, nonlinearity and fluctuation. It is on these analyses that the authors base their argument that the technology, knowledge, culture, law are order parameters dominating the self-organizing evolution in co-petition. Besides, the authors also illustrate the evolutionary process by drawing on the self-adaptive model. At the end of this paper, the authors present the strategies for firms in the hyper-competitive environment to cope with the complexity.
