摘要

摘要: 劳伦斯的名作《儿子与情人》一直都是评论家们注意的焦点。一些女性主义文学批评家严厉地批评劳伦斯,而小说中的男主人公保罗也被认定为是一个女性毁灭者的形象。实际上,《儿子与情人》中真正的毁灭者并不是保罗而是表面上很令人同情的毛莱尔太太。

Abstract: Paul in Sons and Lovers is considered by some feminist critics to be a destroyer of women, yet the real destroyer in the novel is the seemingly helpless Mrs. Morel.
