CPC's Policies at Different Stages on West Development

摘要: 建国以来，中国共产党三代领导集体根据当时情况对西部地区实施了不同的政策。文章对这些政策，包括开发思路，提出西部开发的背景，西部开发的内容和实施效果等方面的发展性进行整理，以理清其中的发展脉络，总结出其中的经验和教训，为今天的建设服务。

Abstract: Since the founding of P.R. China, the Chinese three-generation leading collectivity of the CPC have carried out different development policies in China's West according to the Chinese social situations. This paper sorts out these policies including as the thinking for development, development background, the contents of the development of China's West, as well as its results, so as to understand the process of development and to summarize the experiences and lessons getting from the development practice, in order to serve for today's socialist construction.
