Abstract: As more and more activities are conducted through electronic means,an important aspect of the legislation is the use of "Standard" as a means to prove the integrity and authenticity of E-evidence, which has its own characteristics different from the traditional-style evidence. In order to regulate E-evidence systematically,the lawmaking prediction of E-evidence become cognitive jumping-off point.
