Parity Estimation Method and Its Demonstration of Purchasing Power in Telecommunication Industry

  • 摘要: 首先，建立了行业、部门和产业三个层次生产角度购买力平价的估算方法；其次，确定了电信业生产角度购买力平价的测算方法、测算类目和测算单位；然后，通过数量和收入指标的适当调整，获得了中国与美国双边可比的、口径相当的数据集；最后，运用这些数据对中国与美国1990～1998年的购买力平价进行了实际测算和结果分析。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the estimation method of PPP is set up at industry, branch and sector levels from the view of production at first; then the measuring method, categories and unit of PPP in telecommunication industry are determined; after that, the comparative data of quantity and revenue are figured out by proper adjustment; and finally based on these data, PPP (1990-98) between China and the United States is estimated and analyzed.
