反思性教学与教师职业发展

Reflective Teaching and Teachers Development

  • 摘要: 阐述了反思性教学的定义,论述了其应用的必要性,探讨了反思性教学与教师职业发展的关系,并建立了一种反思性教学实践模型。认为反思性教学是一种完全不同于常规教学的模式,是教师对自己的教学思想和实践进行批判性的分析,可以使教师有意识的、有目的地从事教学,从而提高教学质量。

     

    Abstract: After defining reflective teaching, this paper elaborates its relationship with teachers development and introduces a model of reflective practice. Also, it argues that reflective teaching, quite different from the routine teaching, refers to teachers subjecting their beliefs and practices to analysis, allowing teachers to act in a deliberate, intentional manner to improve the teaching quality.
