Abstract: Since 1997 some universities are authorized by The Office of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, PRC to train engineering master students, Master of Engineering, the education of the kind becomes the hot point concerned attentively by the branches of the government and all circles in the society. In this paper current situation of human knowledge structure in enterprises is analyzed from the view of the recruitment management, some experiences concerned how to use the enrollment and training methods that combine superiorities of university, enterprises and institutes are detailed, and then, a new opinion about the recruitment and enrollment of engineering master students is proposed.
