摘要: 将西方福利国家的社会政策比较研究的主要观点归纳成四个弱纲领,介绍弱纲领分析福利国家发展的思路,并与全球化过程结合起来,讨论西方社会政策发展的新趋势。

Abstract: This paper sums up the comparative study views on the social policy into four weak creeds, introduces the thinking of weak creeds and analyzes the development in the welfare states, and also discusses the new trends in development of western social policy on the basis of the combination with the globalization process.
