摘要

摘要: 政府绩效评估的理论研究已成为公共行政领域的一项重要课题,该文从政府的公共性、民主性、透明度、公正意识等几个方面对政府绩效评估的现实价值进行了理论分析。

Abstract: The theoretical research of government performance evaluation has become one of the most important themes of pubic administration. The article analyzes the practical value of government performance evaluation on the public nature, democracy, equity consciousness and transparency of the government.
