Customer Involvement in Production Process and Mass Customization

  • 摘要: 随着社会经济的发展和技术的进步, 消费者对个性化产品的需求越来越大。大规模定制生产方式是满足个性化需求最有效的生产方式。为了充分发挥大规模定制生产方式的作用和竞争优势, 有必要让顾客参与企业的生产过程。该文研究了顾客参与生产过程的必要性、条件、方式、效益和控制方法, 为企业实施大规模定制生产方式开辟了一条道路。

     

    Abstract: The great development of social economy and technological progress have made consumers need more customized products . Mass customizationis the most effective productiontype to satisfythe varied demands . For makingfull use of the role and competitionadvantage of mass customization, it is important to embrace customers into production process . This paper studied the necessity , conditions , methods , benefits and control policy of customer involvement , which provides useful inspirationfor enterprises to establish their mass customization system.
