Study on Graduate Education and Management under New Circumstances

摘要

摘要: 针对研究生教育快速发展呈现的新特点,分析了研究生教育多样化的需求。提出了加强高校研究生教育管理队伍建设的必要性,对保证高校研究生教育管理质量应采取的措施进行了论述。

Abstract: This paper analyszes the diverse features of graduate education and di scusses the necessity of enhancing graduate education administration. After the analysis, the authors recommend some measures concerning quality guaranty of ad ministration work.
