Research of Project Management in Lab Construction

  • 摘要: 随着各大高校实验室建设步伐的不断加快,如何提高实验室建设的管理水平,从而保 证实验教学的质量,成为了各大高校实验管理部门急需解决的问题。文章通过对项目管理在 北航实验室建设中的应用研究,阐述了实验室建设实施项目管理的具体内容与实施方法。

     

    Abstract: With the progress of laboratory construction, how to improve the manag ement and guarantee the quality of laboratorial teaching has become an urgent ta sk. This paper elaborates on the details and methods of project management in la b construction.
