论抵押权的追及效力

On the Efficacy of Claim of Mortgage

摘要

摘要: 不动产、交通工具、其他动产的交易方式和交易特点各不相同,因而设于不动产、交通工具、其它动产上的抵押权的追及效力也不同。抵押权的追及效力止于交易安全,只及于抵押物的代位物。

Abstract: The features of transaction vary from real estate to vehicles and other personal belongings, so does the mortgages efficacy of these items.Mortgages efficacy o f claim is constrained by safety of transaction and cant not surpass subrogation of mortgage.
