摘要

摘要: 关于第三人侵害债权的论述,学者见仁见智,观点不一。试从法理学和经济学的角度,对这一争论颇多的热点问题进行尝试性分析。

Abstract: The statements of the third party infringing credi tor's rights vary from scholar to scholar. This paper attempts to analyze these controversial statements in the perspectives of jurisprudence and economics.
