摘要

摘要: 以知识管理理念为导引,从知识管理的内容来源层面、活动层面和价值层面来阐述高校机关如何加强建设,成为学习型、服务型和创新型组织。

Abstract: With knowledge management as the guide line, this paper introduces the idea, at levels of content sources, specific work and value, that the administr atives of universities should become an innovative learning- and service-ori ented organization.
