Abstract: As the higher education in China is under progress of a quickened dev elopment, advancement of publicizing universities' administrative affairs wil l produce an affirmative influence on building a harmonious campus and achieving the leap-forward development of institutions of higher education. Therefore, t his paper discusses the significance of the advancement of publicization under n ew conditions, and presents five concrete measures as to how to perform the spec ific work.
