Investigation of Personnel Construction for A Research-oriented University

  • 摘要: 建立吸引人才和培养人才的体系是人才队伍建设的基础,创建有效的人才工作制度是人才队 伍建设的关键,营造人才发展环境是落实科学人才观的需要。从构建多元化的用人制度出发 ,尝试建立分类分层次的岗位设置及管理办法,从改进教师考核评价办法,深化分配制度改 革,探索新的院(系)管理机制等方面探讨了创建有效的人才工作制度的基本构想和方法, 以积极支持研究型大学的可持续发展

     

    Abstract: Establishing the system of attracting and training talents is the foundation for staff construction, in which the key point is an effective regulation of human resources and the necessity of creating a better environment for talent growth. For the purpose of constructing a research-oriented university, this paper atte mpts at some methods of creating a favorable environment from the perspectives o f a multi-factor employment, position setting at different levels, enhancement of evaluating teachers and furthering the reform of distribution and the managem ent mechanism of the departments.
