Discussion and Research of Housing Subsidiary in China

  • 摘要: 停止住房实物分配和建立住房补贴制度是中国社会化改革的一项重要举措,文章在 简单介绍了国外住房补贴制度的基础上,详尽阐述了中国住房补贴制度的现状、亟待解决的 问题及矛盾,为进一步深化住房补贴制度改革、转变员工观念提供了可供借鉴的参考。

     

    Abstract: Canceling housing welfare distribution and establishing housing subsid iary system is a milestone in the reform of housing socialization in China. The paper discusses the present conditions of housing subsidiary system and some urg ent problems to be resolved and presents some suggestions based on the similar s ystems of foreign institutions of housing subsidiary.
